I'm Liz, a transformational coach with a deep-rooted passion for guiding midlife women to live their very best lives. I know that it is never too late to make changes and align your life with what matters to you. In fact midlife brings with it a wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom that is so unique and valuable that it is the perfect time to become the woman that you always wanted to be. We frequently find ourselves in midlife feeling washed up and stressed out, with anxiety being our default and joy feeling like a horizon that we never quite get to.

I’ve been a life coach since 2005, and for the past 3 years I have focused on helping mid-life women to get out of survival mode and into a life that actually makes them feel like they’re alive and thriving.

The gap between just existing and thriving feels huge. It feels like an impossible task that someone like you doesn’t deserve. BUT I know that you can have the purpose, joy and confidence that you want, but it takes more than just reading self-help books, listening to mindset podcasts and daily affirmations, it takes in-depth work to change your subconscious limiting beliefs. This can sound intense and even like hard work, but I promise you that going on this journey with someone to guide and champion you, will be one of the most life-affirming things that you can do (and you’ll wish you’d done it years ago!)

Mid-life is the perfect time to take bold action. Feeling anxious, stressed out and bottom of the pile all of the time doesn’t have to be your normal for the rest of your life. I know you have a flicker of fire in your belly that is yearning for more. Yearning to feel happier, confident, present and fabulous.

What training do I have?

I have a degree in Psychology, I’m trained as a Counsellor and am an accredited Life Coach. I’m also accredited in Belief Coding® and Mind Navigation®, having completed over 100 Belief Coding® sessions. I’m trained to teach the Mindfulness in Schools Project as well as training in many other therapeutic practices such as Reiki (levels 1 & 2), Therapeutic Story Writing and Educational Interventions.

I’m experienced

I have navigated my own personal and professional transformation using the knowledge and techniques I use with my clients. I have extensive International experience, having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Dubai and Australia together with a corporate background with British Airways and Emirates Airlines. My entrepreneurial experience as a mindset coach for women began 20 years ago coaching incredible, pioneering women starting their own businesses from the ground up.

What makes me different from other coaches?

I’m a Psychology nerd! I have been studying the human mind since starting my degree at the tender age of 18. My spare time is spent reading books, listening to podcasts and taking courses on psychology, self improvement, mindset and midlife. I’m a graduate member of the British Psychological Society where I keep updated on psychological issues and research.
